REFUND POLICY

We are pleased to offer complimentary return label for full priced items.

Please submit your return within 30 days of your order arriving to you. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we are unable to offer process your return. Items will be returned back to you in this case.

ALL RETURNS we offer a store credit for bags
For Clothing we do offer a full refund on full priced items as long as original tags are attached and product is unworn. A full inspection will be done before refund is accepted. (return is at buyers expence)
Customer must contact us within 24hrs of receiving the clothing and return the item within 7 days of receiving.
Custom made sizes we dont offer refunds only store credit.

Being that items are returned in the exact way you received them with all packaging and items included. If this isn't done we will be unable to provide you a Store Credit or Refund

Gift cards are valid for 365 days. Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
